The 5SD-80 potato stacker is powered by an external AC380V power supply, which drives the hydraulic pump station and subsequently the conveyor motor, telescopic motor, ground wheel motor, lifting cylinder, and swing cylinder.
The conveyor belt is driven by a roller motor, the swinging motion is driven by a motor, and the telescopic motion is controlled by a motor. The combination of a handle and a human-machine interface touchscreen makes the equipment easy to operate and adjust.
This machine is mainly used for conveying, loading, stacking, and storing potatoes. After the potatoes are transported by the conveyor, the stacker evenly distributes them in the warehouse. Automatic swinging operation can be achieved by setting left and right swing limit positions.
This machine is easy and quick to operate, has high efficiency, low potato damage rate, compact structure, reliable performance, and simple maintenance.
Machine Structure:
This machine mainly consists of a base assembly, main frame assembly, telescopic frame assembly, base center fulcrum assembly, ground wheel assembly, small caster assembly, scraper assembly, alignment device, conveyor device, swing device, telescopic device, hydraulic system, electrical system, traction frame, and articulated frame.
Working Principle:
The entire machine is moved to the warehouse or field work area by the traction device. Power is connected, and the stacker is moved a short distance and its orientation adjusted using the operating handle to bring it to the working position.
Select and connect the power port to the working position. Pull out the limit pins at the left and right ground wheel frames and disengage the pin at the ground wheel motor, putting the ground wheel motor in drive mode.
Press the green start button on the electrical box, then press the swing mode button on the operating handle to raise the small casters, bringing the base center fulcrum to the ground. The left and right ground wheels are now in a swinging state around the base fulcrum. Then, extend the telescopic frame to the appropriate position according to the warehouse space and adjust the discharge port to the appropriate height.
Then, based on the actual space of the warehouse, set the left and right limit positions of the swing and start the automatic left and right swing operation. Click the start button on the operation page on the display screen to start the conveyor belt. As the conveying operation progresses, the discharge height and the extension length of the telescopic frame need to be adjusted by operating the handle until the entire warehouse is stacked.
