The 5XF-80 potato cleaning and conveying machine is powered by an external AC380V power supply to drive the hydraulic pump station, which in turn drives the sorting roller motor, main conveyor motor, lifting motor, telescopic cylinder, and other hydraulic components. The flat conveyor belt at the discharge end is driven by a roller motor. The combination of a control handle and a human-machine interface touchscreen makes the equipment simple to operate and easy to adjust.


This machine is mainly used for cleaning and sorting potatoes after harvest. Its simple structure and convenient, adjustable operating system facilitate fault detection and troubleshooting. It is convenient, fast, efficient, has a high sorting accuracy, and a low potato damage rate. It features a compact structure, reliable performance, and simple maintenance.


Machine Structure:


The machine mainly consists of a receiving hopper, sorting device, debris conveying device, large potato conveying device, flat conveyor belt base, hydraulic system, electrical system, base assembly, main conveyor device, and traction frame.


Working Principle:


For short-distance transportation, the machine is moved to the work site using a tractor or other towing equipment.


Before operation, check the equipment lines connected to the cleaning conveyor. After confirming that the entire sorting line is properly connected, start the cleaning conveyor for testing. After the potatoes are harvested in the field, transport vehicles or other mechanisms spread the material onto the receiving hopper of the cleaning conveyor. The main conveyor moves forward to the sorting device (at this time, the sorting device has already adjusted the gap according to the size of the potatoes to be sorted).


Smaller potatoes, small stones, clods of soil, and broken soil fall into the gap between the sorting rollers and onto the debris conveying device. The debris conveying device then transports the sorted debris/small potatoes to the corresponding receiving device. The remaining larger potatoes continue to be conveyed forward, and the large potato conveying device transports the material to the rear connection device, where it is collected and transferred by the user to the warehousing or processing stage. The entire machine operation is now complete.
